Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise we regret that the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Arrive in Good Time:
We ask that you arrive in good time at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you but we cannot promise your full service time.
